At AMBRÉ, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials are included.

  • The item has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products.

  • Items with signs of damage caused by the customer.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after placing an order, you may request a cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If an eligible return is approved due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Personal care products

  • Food or nutritional products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)
